Privacy
This notice covers the Jollify website (jollify.app) and the Jollify editor beta (jollify.app/app/). Last updated 25 October 2026.
Who we are
Jollify is run by Luke O'Brien, who is the data controller for anything you send us. You can reach him at hello@jollify.app.
Your documents
The editor keeps your work in your own browser. Documents, pictures and
settings are stored on your device (in the browser's storage) and are not sent to
us. We can't see them, and we can't get them back for you: export a .jollify
file to keep a copy. Clearing your browser's data deletes them.
Feedback
When you send feedback, from this site or from the editor's Feedback… dialog, we receive:
- what you wrote;
- your email address, only if you give it;
- a screenshot, only if you attach one;
- your browser's name and version, and (from the editor) which build, view and document type you were using.
We use it only to find and fix problems and to decide what to build next, and to reply to you if you gave an email address. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share it.
Feedback is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards it to our email inbox. We keep it until the beta ends and its points have been dealt with, and for no more than 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you've sent us: email hello@jollify.app. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
